Due to an ongoing increase in our workload, we are seeking a Production Administrator to join our busy Production Team. You will be responsible for ordering fabric and other finishes, assisting with the production program, co-ordinate the information flow to Production and general administrative duties.

This is a genuine opportunity for the right candidate to learn, develop and grow with the business.

You will have a strong administrative background, ideally with some production knowledge. Experience within the building industry is an advantage. This role requires a high level of detail and an ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Most importantly, you will be a quick learner, with a ‘can do’ attitude and sound work ethic. A good understanding of Microsoft Office is essential. Experience with Pronto would be an advantage.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Purchasing Manager to join our busy team. Reporting to the Production Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the Purchasing Team are trained and equipped to source, purchase and organise material supplies in the most efficient, effective and safe manner.

You will have experience within a manufacturing environment and have negotiated and managed supplier accounts. You will have the ability to communicate at all levels with proven problem solving ability. You will have excellent analytical skills with above average excel skills, You will have a 'systems' mindset with a proactive can do attitude.

Lotus is in the early stages of implementing Pronto, therefore experience with Pronto or a similar ERP system is highly regarded.

You will be responsible for the coordination between sales and production on short lead-time projects and managing installation teams to budget, with high levels of customer service. You will manage the total delivery of the project to the specified parameters for time, quality and cost.

You will have the ability to firmly grasp technical product details, have experience with building sites, procedures and attention to detail.

Most importantly, you will be a quick learner, with a ‘can do’ attitude and sound work ethic. Trade or project management background in shop fitting, office fit-outs, glass, joinery or general construction would also be an advantage. A good understanding of Microsoft Office is necessary with AutoCAD an advantage.

Due to a significant increase in our workload, we need an enthusiastic Aluminium Fabricator to join our factory team.

You will ideally have a solid working history in aluminium fabrication. You may have worked in a factory production based industry, manufacturing one off jobs including some repetitive work. You are able to set and operate machines to produce quality work.

You must be competent in the use of routers, drill presses and drop saws. You must be accurate with your measurements, and proficient in the use of jigs relating to aluminium machining.

You will enjoy working in a fun, fast paced and skilled workplace.

You must have a 'can do' attitude, be self motivated, willing to learn and be team orientated.
