Lotus has built its reputation designing high performance, acoustic operable walls. The same requirement for attention to detail has resulted in some clever weatherproofing ideas for ALL NEW GLAS-STAX. Due to the nature of the product, frameless glasswalls used to have quite limited weatherproofing properties. We believe ALL NEW GLAS-STAX offers for the first time a quantum leap in effectiveness, out performing other products on the market.

Be aware though that by its nature no frameless moveable glass wall system can guarantee 100% weatherproofing. Lotus can advise you on design ideas to optimise this.



AN UNBROKEN LINE OF DEFENCE

  1. Clear coextrusion bulb seal for effective yet barely visible glass to glass sealing
  2. Ingenious end caps with Qlon™ seals to channel water from the bulb seal to the outside
  3. Flexible sweep seals to prevent water from entering under rails
  4. Seals continuous through endcaps for an unbroken line of defence
  5. Glass bead seal to prevent water dripping into the rail
