Structural Support

Tracks can be supported directly from a steel beam or from a concrete soffit using hanging rods. Beams below are a guide, consult an engineer on specifics.

Hardware

Opera Latch

Passdoors are fitted with Hafele flush handles which can be either anodised or powdercoated.

Floor Levels

Floors should be level +/- 5mm. Greater tolerances can be accommodated, particularly if the slope is generally downwards towards the stacking end.

Lead Times

Lotus is well known for its short lead times and 100% reliability on deadlines. Normal lead times are about 4 weeks from receipt of all dimensions and finish details (+ shipping beyond Victoria). Special finishes or larger, higher specification walls can take longer.

Servicing and Maintenance

Attending to service call-outs matters to us as much as installing new walls. Lotus has an excellent reputation for a quick response in such situations. A maintenance service is also available for instance on larger, complex installations.
