Structural Support

Tracks can be supported directly from a steel beam or from a concrete soffit using hanging rods. All beams require specific calcuations by a certified engineer and are for 100 series walls only.

Hardware

Handles Pic
Passdoors are fitted with flush handles which can be either anodised or powdercoated.

Floor Levels

Floors should be level +/- 5mm. Greater tolerances can be accommodated, particularly if the slope is generally downwards towards the stacking end.

Lead Times

Lotus is well known for its short lead times and 100% reliability on deadlines. Normal lead times are about 4 weeks from receipt of all dimensions and finish details (+ shipping beyond Victoria). Special finishes or larger, higher specification walls can take longer, including some veneers.

Servicing and Maintenance

Attending to service call-outs matters to us as much as installing new walls. Lotus has an excellent reputation for a quick response in such situations. A maintenance service is also available for instance on larger, complex installations.
