Frameless weather defence
- Clear coextrusion bulb seal for effective yet barely visible glass-to-glass sealing
- Ingenious endcap design allows the glass seal to carry to the bottom of the rail
- Flexible seals run continuous through the endcaps for the ultimate weather-resistance at the top and bottom rail
- Glass bead seal to deter water from dripping into the rail

AS2047 rating
AS2047 is the Australian Standard for wind and water penetration for fixed windows. Both Frameless and Fineframe have voluntarily achieved this standard with clever design features in the panels and the sill. This is the first time AS2047 certification has been achieved for a Frameless bi-fold system. Please consult Lotus for design advice on AS2047 certified systems.
